Privacy notice

Arete Heat Cloud, London, is the controller for messages you send to hello@areteheatcloud.com. We use them to answer the enquiry — a hotel survey, a locker site, or a compute conversation — and we do not sell that correspondence.

The form on this site confirms locally in your browser. It does not transmit the note. If you email us, we keep the thread for as long as the conversation is active and a short period after, then delete it unless we are required to retain it.

This page is a plain-language notice for the website, not a substitute for advice on a specific deployment. A pilot agreement will carry its own data schedule, including telemetry from a node, which is operational data about the appliance rather than guest data.
